Eligibility: Returns are only accepted for defective or damaged items. The item must be unused and in its original packaging.
Process: To initiate a return, contact us at contactsodupe@gmail.com within 14 days of receiving your order. Include your order number, a description of the issue, and photos of the item, if applicable.
Refunds:
Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 7-10 business days. Shipping fees are non-refundable.
Refunds will not be approved for change of mind before the product has been shipped to the customer.
Once a purchase is finalised, there is no circumstance acceptable for a refund.
