What warranty is included with the Heaven Modular Sofa?
The Heaven Modular Sofa comes with a 2-year warranty for added peace of mind. Our warranty covers manufacturing defects and issues relating to the sofa's construction under normal residential use. Please note, customer misuse is not covered under warranty.
What is the seat construction made of?
The seat cushions are designed to provide the ideal balance of comfort, support, and longevity. Each cushion contains:

What is the sofa made from?

Are the cushion covers removable?
While the cushions do include zips, the Heaven Modular Sofa is not designed as a removable-cover sofa.
The zips form part of the cushion construction and are not intended for the covers to be removed.
Can I machine wash the cushion covers?
The cushion covers should not be removed or machine washed.
As the covers are not designed to be removed, any damage caused by removing or washing them separately will not be covered under warranty.
How do I clean my Heaven Modular Sofa?
We recommend spot cleaning only.
For spills and marks:
- Use a clean, soft cloth.
- Apply a small amount of mild cleaning solution if required.
- Gently blot the affected area.
- Avoid rubbing the fabric, as this may damage the fibres or spread the stain.
- Allow the area to air dry completely before use.
Regular light vacuuming can also help keep your sofa looking its best.
