Returns – Not quite right
If your sofa isn’t quite right, you have 30 days from the delivery date to return it. To be eligible, the item must be in as-new condition and in appropriate packaging for shipping.
To initiate a return, please contact us at contact@sodupe.com.au. Include your order number, a description of the issue, and photos of the item, if applicable. Please wait for our team to approve your request before shipping the item back. Please note that the return shipping is at the customer's expense, and the item must be received at our warehouse within 30 days of your original delivery date.
Once your item arrives, our team will inspect it. If it is confirmed to be in as-new condition and was received within the 30-day window, we will issue your refund. Please note that if the item is not received within this timeframe or if the packaging is not appropriate, your credit will not be processed.
Returns - Damage
If you're returning an item due to damage or a defect covered by our warranty, please contact us directly.
To report a damage/defect, contact us at contact@sodupe.com.au. Include your order number, a description of the issue, and photos of the item, if applicable. Please wait for our team to approve your request before shipping the item back.
Once your item arrives back at our warehouse, our team will inspect it. If it’s confirmed to be in a manufacturing issue/damage, we’ll issue a refund.
Refunds
Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 7-10 business days. Shipping fees are non-refundable.
