Delivery Timelines

We keep stock moving so you don’t have to wait too long.

In Stock: Ready to dispatch from our local warehouse. Delivery ETA 10-15 business days.
Shipping (month): This item is on its way to our warehouse and is expected to arrive in (month). Once it arrives, your order will be dispatched from our Altona warehouse in Victoria. Delivery timing will begin once the item has been dispatched from our warehouse.

Delivered to your ground-floor entrance
Does not include in-room setup, unpacking or rubbish removal
Someone will need to be home to sign for delivery, or advise Hunter Express authority to leave the via the tracking page

Redelivery & Access

Please double-check your access before ordering - make sure your boxes will fit through doors, lifts and stairwells.
A $100 redelivery fee applies if:

We can’t access your property
You’re not home at the scheduled time
The delivery address provided is incorrect

Damages & Delivery Inspection

Check your items when they arrive and note any visible damage before signing.
Take photos and email contact@sodupe.com.au within 48 hours if something’s not right.
