Each sofa is packed in multiple boxes so it fits easily through lifts, doors and stairwells - no dramas.

  • 2 Seater = 3 boxes

  • 3 Seater = 4 boxes

  • Bookend style = 6 boxes

Delivery Timelines

We keep stock moving so you don’t have to wait too long.

  • In Stock: Ready to dispatch from our local warehouse.

  • Pre-Order: A clear dispatch date will be shown on the product page before you buy. You’ll also get updates along the way so you know exactly when it’s arriving.

  • Warehouse Stock: Once your order is ready, our courier team will pack your order and provide tracking details via email.

We now deliver Australia-wide — metro, regional and remote.

How Delivery Works

Deliveries are handled by trusted courier partners.

  • Delivered to your ground-floor entrance
  • Does not include in-room setup, unpacking or rubbish removal
  • Someone will need to be home to sign for delivery

Redelivery & Access

Please double-check your access before ordering - make sure your boxes will fit through doors, lifts and stairwells.
A $100 redelivery fee applies if:

  • We can’t access your property

  • You’re not home at the scheduled time

  • The delivery address provided is incorrect

Need to reschedule? Let us know at least 3 business days in advance.

Damages & Delivery Inspection

Check your items when they arrive and note any visible damage before signing.
Take photos and email contact@sodupe.com.au within 48 hours if something’s not right.
