These Terms and Conditions govern your access to and use of our website, www.sodupe.com.au and any purchases or interactions made through our Site.
By using this Site, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please refrain from using our services.
1. General Use
Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old, or have the consent of a parent or guardian, to use our Site or make purchases.
Accuracy of Information
We strive to ensure the accuracy of all information on our Site. However, errors, inaccuracies, or omissions may occur. We reserve the right to correct or update information at any time without notice.
Prohibited Activities
You may not use the Site for any unlawful, fraudulent, or harmful purpose, or to disrupt or interfere with the operation of the Site or its users.
2. Product Information
Descriptions
We aim to provide accurate and detailed product descriptions. However, we do not warrant that all product information is error-free.
If a product you receive does not match its description, you may return it unused for a refund or exchange.
Pricing
All prices are listed in Australian dollars (AUD) and include GST unless stated otherwise. Prices and availability are subject to change without notice.
3. Orders and Payments
Order Acceptance
We reserve the right to accept or reject any order at our discretion. Order confirmations acknowledge receipt of your order but do not guarantee acceptance until dispatch.
Payment
All payments must be completed at the time of purchase. We accept major credit cards and other payment methods listed on our Site. Payment details are secured using industry-standard encryption.
Cancellations
Orders may only be cancelled prior to dispatch. Pre-order and made-to-order items may not be cancelled once production has begun.

4. Shipping and Delivery
Stock Availability
Products marked “In Stock” may be on order or in transit to our warehouse. Items listed as “Available for Pre-Order” are awaiting arrival.
Shipping Times
Estimated delivery times vary based on stock status and location. Typical lead times are within 10-14 business days, and we will provide updated estimates after you place your order.
Delivery
Deliveries are handled by third-party carriers. While we do our best to ensure prompt delivery, So Dupe is not responsible for delays outside our control.
Shipping Fees
Shipping costs are a flat rate $49.00.
5. Returns and Refunds
Eligibility
Returns are accepted only for defective or damaged items. Returned items must be unused, in their original packaging, and include proof of purchase.
If your sofa isn’t quite right, you have 30 days from the delivery date to return it. To be eligible, the item must be in as-new condition and in appropriate packaging for shipping.
Process
To initiate a return, please contact us at contact@sodupe.com.au. Include your order number, a description of the issue, and photos of the item, if applicable. Please wait for our team to approve your request before shipping the item back. Please note that the return shipping is at the customer's expense, and the item must be received at our warehouse within 30 days of your original delivery date.
Once your item arrives, our team will inspect it. If it is confirmed to be in as-new condition and was received within the 30-day window, we will issue your refund. Please note that if the item is not received within this timeframe or if the packaging is not appropriate, your credit will not be processed.
Refunds
Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 7–10 business days. Shipping fees are non-refundable.
If your item is defective or damaged, So Dupe will cover return shipping costs in accordance with the Australian Consumer Law.
6. Warranty
Coverage
Certain products include a manufacturer’s warranty. Warranty terms are detailed in each product description.
Claims
To make a warranty claim, contact contact@sodupe.com.au with proof of purchase and details of the issue. This warranty is in addition to your rights under the Australian Consumer Law (ACL).
Exclusions
The warranty does not cover misuse, improper assembly, unauthorised repairs, or normal wear and tear.
7. Australian Consumer Law (ACL)
Nothing in these Terms limits your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.
If a product is faulty, not as described, or unfit for purpose, you are entitled to a repair, replacement, or refund as provided under the ACL.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, So Dupe is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Site or any purchased product.
Our total liability for any claim relating to a product is limited to the amount paid for that product.
Nothing in this clause limits any rights you have under the Australian Consumer Law.
9. Intellectual Property
All content on this Site, including text, images, graphics, logos, and designs, is the property of So Dupe Pty Ltd or its content suppliers and is protected by copyright and trademark laws.
Content may not be copied, reproduced, or distributed without prior written consent, except where permitted by law.
10. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Any changes will take effect immediately upon publication on our Site.
Your continued use of the Site constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
11. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Victoria, Australia.
You agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Victoria for any disputes relating to these Terms or your use of the Site.
