Cancellation policy

Pre-Orders

Some products on our site are available for pre-order - meaning they’re currently out of stock or arriving soon.

When you place a pre-order:

• You’ll pay the full amount upfront at checkout to secure your item.
• The estimated dispatch date will be clearly shown on the product page before you buy.
• We’ll send email updates as your order progresses, so you always know where things are up to.

Once the stock arrives at our warehouse, we’ll get your order ready and send it straight to your door.

Cancelling a Pre-Order

You can cancel a pre-order before it’s been fulfilled (dispatched) for a full refund.
Once your order has been fulfilled, it can no longer be cancelled - but you can request a return or refund under our Returns Policy.
